Continuing Legal Education
KJA provides outstanding continuing legal education seminars, chaired and taught by the state’s finest practitioners and nationally known speakers. Substantive areas of trial law (such as personal injury, products liability, commercial, criminal or employment law) are presented. Informative presentations on trial techniques and settlement tactics increase knowledge and boost skills. Members receive a discounted rate on seminar registration fees make joining KJA a worthwhile investment in your future.

The Advocate

Amicus Curiae Committee
This committee carefully reviews and selects significant cases pending before the Kentucky Supreme Court. When necessary, KJA intervenes by filing an amicus brief on behalf of all the plaintiff’s bar and Kentucky consumers.
