KJA Legal Education Programs Containing Ethics

The list of programs that include Ethics hours is below. These are approved from July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to purchase a self study program:
       Devote less than 51 percent of your practice to defending claims for personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation or employment matters; and
       Shall not share, disseminate or discuss any materials obtained through Kentucky Justice Association with anyone who does not meet the above criteria; and
       I understand that KJA shall have the discretion to deny attendance to any individual; and
       I understand that a violation of this agreement may be reported to the Kentucky Bar Association.
