Kentucky Self-Study CLE

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to purchase a self-study program.

- Devote less than 51 percent of your practice to defending claims for personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation or employment matters; and
- Shall not share, disseminate or discuss any materials obtained through Kentucky Justice Association with anyone who does not meet the above criteria; and
- I understand that KJA shall have the discretion to deny attendance to any individual; and
- I understand that a violation of this agreement may be reported to the Kentucky Bar Association.

The Kentucky Bar Association allows attorneys to earn unlimited CLE credit through accredited self-study programs.

Attorneys are responsible for completing a minimum of 12.0 hours of continuing legal education by June 30, 2027. To meet this requirement, at least 2.0 of the 12.0 hours must be earned in the area of ethics and professional responsibility.
