KJA, its affiliates, partners and sponsors may personally identifiable information from members at several different points on its website. Once a member enters KJA, the member is not anonymous to KJA, and usage patters of the site cam be monitored on an individual basis both for security and marketing purposes.
Registration Information Collected
In order to use this Web site, a member must complete a registration form. During registration a member is required to verify his/her contact information (such as name, firm name, mailing address, email address, telephone, and bar date).
Credit Card and Financial Information Collected
KJA, its affiliates, partners and sponsors adhere to PCI Compliance Standards to protect your credit card information. We have also taken an additional step of never storing card data on our servers by implementing a tokenization solution.
Other information collected by KJA
KJA and TrialSmith receive and records information in their server logs from members’ browsers including the member IP addresses. KJA uses information for customizing advertising, content members see, for security purposes, administering the site, tracking member movement, and gathering broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP logs may be linked to members with personally identifiable information including searches performed on KJA and TrialSmith.
Sharing your information
KJA may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual KJA member. KJA may partner with other businesses to provide specific member services. When members sign up for KJA services provided by other business partners through the KJA site, KJA may share personally identifiable information that is necessary for the third party to provide such services. These business parties are required to use personally identifiable information exclusively for the purpose of providing their services.
