A Case Advisory Panel is a private, one-hour case evaluation discussion between you and three attorneys, who have been especially selected by KJA for their expertise in your area(s) of need. Each attorney is sworn to secrecy in the matter at hand. The collective intelligence of the group can help you find the strengths and weaknesses of your case, advise you on the use of expert witnesses, and offer their perspectives on trial or negotiation strategies.
A Case Advisory Panel can be helpful when you encounter a case with unusual legal issues; have questions about the value of your case; or wish to know the best way to proceed at any junction. You may even want to invite your client(s) to come along and meet with panel members. This process enables your client to learn more about the value of his or her case from an independent, impartial source.
A Case Advisory Panel can help show you the way.
For the convenience of the participants, a Case Advisory Panel can be scheduled in conjunction with one of KJA’s many continuing legal education programs. Or you may choose to do it by conference call. Panels may also be held at KJA headquarters in Louisville.
