  KJA presents this wonderful opportunity to satisfy your annual ethics requirement while enjoying a day of racing at Keeneland. The CLE session begins at 9:00 a.m. in the Limestone Cafe and includes the following sessions:

  After the presentations, spend the afternoon enjoying the races with access to the Keeneland clubhouse. Will Nefzger will be on hand to give a few tips on the races and on the Derby. This is a popular CLE that sold out last year, so don't wait to sign up.
  Dress Code: No denim of any color, no shorts or athletic attire. Gentlemen—coat and tie required. Ladies—–skirts, dresses, dress slacks, or capris are required. Any dress shoes acceptable.

Parking Pass: A free parking pass is included and mailed to you before the event.
  Ruth Baxter is a three-term member of the Kentucky Bar Association Ethics Committee; the Ethics Hot Line member for the 6th Supreme Court District; President, Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company of Kentucky; past winner of the Kentucky Bar Service Award and a recipient of the Justice Thomas B. Spain Award for Outstanding Service in Continuing Legal Education.
  Jeff Yussman is a nationally recognized expert on special needs law and estate planning. He serves as an officer on the national board of the Special Needs Alliance, is quoted in national publications on special needs planning topics, and is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Jeff is a 1982 graduate of the Brandeis School of Law, where he served on the Law Review, and a 1979 graduate of the University of Kentucky, with a degree in accounting.
  Rhonda Hatfield-Jeffers is a solo practitioner in Somerset, Kentucky. Her practice focuses on personal injury and social security disability. For more than 17 years she has represented clients who were injured in car wrecks throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She served as KJA's Third District Vice President and now is a member of the association's Executive Committee.

Cancellations made by 5:00 p.m. April 23 receive a 100 percent refund, cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. April 23 receive a 50 percent refund and cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. April 22 will not receive a refund, but do receive electronic and audio CLE materials.
