About Your Speakers

Keith Mitnik is the author of Trial Guides’ bestselling book,
DON’T EAT THE BRUISES: How to Foil Their Plans to Spoil Your Case;
and is a frequent keynote speaker at seminars for trial lawyers across America. Keith is Senior Trial Counsel for Morgan & Morgan. In that role, he is in trial nearly every month. He has been a commentator on many national television broadcasts and has been interviewed by Mike Wallace on 60 Minutes.

Randi McGinn is the author of  Changing Laws, Saving Lives: How to Take on Corporate Giants and Win, available through Trial Guides. She is the senior partner in a 5 woman, 2 man law firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who is known for her creativity in the courtroom and use of demonstrative evidence to visualize opening, direct, cross-examination and closing argument.

The mild to moderate TBI case is often called the hardest case for injury lawyers to win at trial. Michigan attorney and incoming President of the AAJ Traumatic Brain Injury Group Steven Gursten shares what works in these cases, how to prove brain injury in the so-called “invisible injury” case, and how you can convince skeptical and conservative juries why your client is deserving of fair compensation.
