Continuing Legal Education
KJA provides outstanding continuing legal education seminars, chaired and taught by the state’s finest practitioners and nationally known speakers. Substantive areas of trial law (such as personal injury, products liability, commercial, criminal or employment law) are presented. Informative presentations on trial techniques and settlement tactics increase knowledge and boost skills. Huge member discounts on seminars make joining KJA a worthwhile investment in your future.

Programs are also available for sale on audio (and sometimes video), as well as the seminar books. Members receive discounts on seminar registration fees, packaged seminar materials and CDs or MP3s.

The Magazine for Trial Lawyers

Domestic Law Section: This special section is designed for the needs of the attorney practicing family and domestic law. Members have their own listserv dedicated to domestic and family law issues.

Amicus Curiae Committee
This committee carefully reviews and selects significant cases pending before the Kentucky Supreme Court. When necessary, KJA intervenes by filing an amicus brief on behalf of all the plaintiff’s bar and Kentucky consumers.

Case Advisory Panel
A carefully selected panel will confidentially discuss the value of your case and offer you helpful, personalized advice about how to handle the case. Members receive a substantial discount.
