David H. Abney, spent three years as Associate General Counsel for the largest postpayment health care recovery vendor in the United States. His Frankfort, Ky. practice consists of representing and defending tort victims’ settlement proceeds against subrogation and reimbursement claims by their health plans. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Justice Association.
Rafael Gonzalez, presently serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Center for Medicare Set Aside Administration, where he oversees the Center’s MSA allocation, approval, and administration process.
