Highway Work Zone Negligence, a Primer
Presented by John Bahe
1 Hour of CLE
Highway work zones are hazardous for motorists who drive through the complex array of signs, barrels, and lane changes, and for workers who build, repair, and maintain our streets, bridges, and highways. John Bahe discusses relevant Kentucky case law, administrative regulations and gives examples from current Kentucky Transportation Cabinet contracts issued to state road contractors to help illustrate the current state of the law.
John is a founding member and partner at Bahe Cook Cantley & Nefzger PLC. He focuses his legal practice on helping people who have been harmed by the carelessness and poor decisions of others. John's experience representing clients ranges from pre-lawsuit dispute and case resolution to appeals in the Supreme Court of Kentucky and every step in between, including serving as first chair trial counsel in numerous jury trials.
