He provides a list of things attorneys need to do and remember during the consultation process, including safe advice to give clients as they contemplate bankruptcy.

Justin owns Lawrence & Associates, a seven-attorney firm in Cincinnati, Ohio and the Northern Kentucky suburbs. The firm practices in four areas: bankruptcy, personal injury, social security, and workers' compensation. L&A is one of the area's largest bankruptcy firms. Justin teaches at Chase College of Law, has published multiple articles, and taught many CLEs on bankruptcy law.
